You will be in a quiet place, in a comfortable position to let go.
The session lasts about 45 minutes. At no time do I need to touch you to be in contact with you.
After the session, we take some time to discuss your feelings and the messages that were conveyed to me for you. We take as much time as needed for this exchange.
